Civil Engineering is a broaddiscipline with many areas of specialization. Students in NMSU’s undergraduate Civil Engineering program have thefollowing options from which to choose. The 9 credits described under each option here make up the optionelectives to satisfy Departmental, College, and accreditation requirements.

Structural Option:

Water Resources Option:

3 cr. – CE 483 (SurfaceWater Hydrology)

Geotechnical Option:
