		From the classroom to the field, Henry Magallanez (Engineering Supervisor, EBID) explained to the students the history, distribution, delivery and measuring structures of the irrigation system of canals.

Henry Magallanez (Engineering Supervisor, EBID, middle) explained to the students (right) why water needs to be measured accurately and more frequently. Mr. Magallanez gave a tour of EBID. He explained to the students how the EBID operates in terms of distributing and delivering water to the farmers in their irrigation district.
